Trip participants currently cannot request cancelation and have to manually request cancelation from the trip leader via email or direct communication. We would like to have a button to "request cancellation" (simple button) and it would automatically cancel before the due date (so before the charge date). But once it's been charged the leader will have to manually post adjustments for approval of reimbursements if there are any. This should include an email to the trip leader telling them there is a cancellation request with instructions for how to give a refund or adjustment if they can.
