Going above and beyond - have an option to group both youth and adults into separate patrols per trip. These are not necessarily the same patrols as their regular monday meeting. The trip planner and admin could break a roster into 1-3 patrols, including adults and youth in each patrol, or separate by adults and youth. And can export a patrol roster that can be printed or emailed to the patrol leaders.

Thanks for the detailed suggestion, Craig! Just to confirm what you're after: trip-specific patrols (separate from your regular Monday-meeting patrols) where an admin or trip planner can split a roster into a few groups — mixing adults and youth or keeping them separate — and then print or email a patrol roster to each patrol leader. This isn't something S4S does today, but it's a great fit for our trip planning tools. We're keeping it open for others to vote and comment. If you can share how many patrols you typically split into, and whether the export needs to go per-patrol (one email per patrol leader), that'll help us scope it well.
