Going above and beyond - have an option to group both youth and adults into separate patrols per trip. These are not necessarily the same patrols as their regular monday meeting. The trip planner and admin could break a roster into 1-3 patrols, including adults and youth in each patrol, or separate by adults and youth. And can export a patrol roster that can be printed or emailed to the patrol leaders.
