Sites for Scouts v0.6.2

Fixed an issue on iPhone and Android that could save a scheduled trip payment as January 1 instead of the selected date. Mobile date fields also handle edits across years correctly. Reload any page that was already open before this update to load the fix.

Payment actions now show specific explanations when blocked, including posted-payment restrictions or missing permissions.
