Allow unit administrators to upload a CSV and create a full set of scout accounts in one guided import instead of adding each account individually. The import should: • Support the unit's selected naming format: First Name + Last Name, or one Account/Display Name field for entries such as “Roberts Family” • Provide a downloadable CSV template and clear column guidance • Show a preview before creating accounts • flag missing values, invalid rows, and possible duplicates • Let the administrator correct or skip problem rows • Return a final summary of accounts created, skipped, or failed without creating the same row twice The initial scope is bulk creation of scout accounts. Please comment if your roster import also needs adult leaders, parents/guardians, or family relationships so we can understand the broader use case.
